To Our Valued Customers,

I would like to start by saying thank you to our customers who continue to use and trust in our services. Over the last couple of years, we have had some large changes in our company which are the introduction of our new website, and the introduction of new team members. We have made these changes based on your feedback and comments in order to maintain our high level of customer service that you experience with our company. We now have standardized business hours which are Monday to Friday 8:00 to 4:00PM, and we have added more biomedical technologists to our team to meet with your demands and provide you with the quickest turn around times possible.

I would like to officially welcome Ryan who started here in February and I would like to welcome our newest team member Courtney. With the addition of these two, biomedical technologist they will assist our current team in meeting your deadlines, and making sure that while meeting these deadlines that we can provide the highest quality services and support possible.

We would like to announce that we are now a dealer for Mindray products that we can sell across Ontario with the exemption, that we are not able to sell these products to Hospitals. With this dealership, we are now able to sell their patient monitors including the passport models and their telemetry system. We are able to sell their Anesthesia System which is an A5 unit; we like the A5 as it is easy to use and it can integrate everything that you need to monitor within one unit. In the next couple of months please pay close attention to our website as we will be updating our product pages to add more products each week. Our goal is to have 1500 products listed online by the end of October for you to view. After that out goal will be to introduce up to 50 new products a month to you to view and purchase. Currently we have access to over 30 thousand products across Canada but will be working to introduce as many of these items as we can to our online store.

As some of our customers are aware, we are currently licensed by Health Canada. With this license that Health Canada extends to us we are able to sell products that meet their requirements across Canada, and with that they audit us periodically. We are now able to announce that we have successfully completed another audit by Health Canada where they have given us a complaint rating. With this audit completed by Health Canada we were able to work with them to ensure that all of our service procedures are correct and meet or exceed their requirements.
