Today I am writing to you to provide you with some information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and what we at TRH Services are doing in response to it.
As a valued customer of TRH Services, your safety is important to us, and we are continually monitoring the situation as more information is released through government agencies, and the World Health Origination (WHO). We currently have a team set up at TRH Services that is monitoring the situation and watching it unfold to ensure that all proper safety precautions are taken.
At this time, we are currently operating as is with some modifications that are going on behind the scenes. For example, we have created a team to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on the regions where we work. While at this point, no delays of service are being attributed to this outbreak. As time continues, modifications may need to be implemented, such as suspending national travel, as well as travelling to highly infected areas. We will be following the situation closely to ensure that all safety precautions are taken that are recommended by the World Health Origination, Public Health, and our government agencies.
I hope you find this information gives you the confidence in your continued support of TRH Services as we continue to monitor the situation. Currently, the only delay that we are experiencing is a shipping and handling delay for all products that are being imported directly from the manufacturers located in China. We have been working with them to receive updated timelines to ensure that we are communicating with our customers concerning these delays.
